Last weekend it was the turn of the line-dancers.
Usually a grumpy looking lot, this year they put on a pretty good show, a-stomping and a-stamping.
The Indian chief and his squaw were an added bonus, they knew all the steps and there wasn't any fight'n.

The roof was a big cargo-parachute suspended from a crane, this is all set up outside on the town square.
The floor was indeed very springy. i rested my camera on it for a low-level shot, the all "stomped" together and the thing shot in the air!

Great series, Joker. Squaw is kind of like Kut, only worse. Not the best word to describe a woman. ;)

Woman? ;D There are all manner of words for woman, in each particular tribal language. I live in primarily Dakota and Lakota (what people call Sioux. Sioux is French.) country, with a large population of Ojibwe. Um, Oglala for woman is Wiyan, pronounced Winyan.
