We have 2 types of flat rates shipping method :
1) Economy international shipping : $6.99 USD each pair of shoes
2) EMS Express shipping : depending on parcel's weight as below.

2. SHIPMENT
We directly ship your shoes' package from our office in Seoul, South Korea.
Every order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours after the payment confirmation (except Saturday, Sunday and Korean holidays).
We ship to worldwide, if your country is not listed during the checkout process, feel free to contact us because we can ship in every country on the Earth.
As soon as your parcel is taken care of by the carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail.
3. KOREA POSTAL SERVICE
Parcels are taken in charge of by KOREA POSTAL SERVICE in South Korea, and delivered by your national Postal service.
KOREA POSTAL SERVICE offers 2 types of shipping services to worldwide:
* Economy Air Small Shipping:
A very economical price to ship items. There is NO tracking number, no insurance, and the exact delivery time cannot be predicted.
(Especially, shipping to the U.S is only able to get a tracking number.)

* Express Mail Shipping (EMS) :
EMS, a fast delivery, usually takes 4 to 7 business days to worldwide except Russia and Italy(taking over 15 business days).
You can trace a location of your parcel on EMS website(http://www.track-trace.com/post) with a tracking number we give you.
4. DELIVERY ISSUES
Is something wrong? We probably have a solution!
Please send an E-mail including your order number,your name and reasons what you have to shoegagacs@gmail.com
1) Delay : For an economy shipment, we will wait 45 days before worrying about your parcel.
First, go to you Post Office and ask if a parcel is not waiting for you. Then, if you still haven’t receive it, please contact us after the 45 days.
For EMS shipments, please go to the tracking service website,http://www.track-trace.com/post, and check your number of tracking number.
2) Damage : A product may have been broken during the delivery. Please e-mail us within 3 days after receive it and include pictures of your damaged item.
3) Mistake : Please accept our apologies. Contact us to fix it.
4) Parcel returned back to us : Your parcel has been returned back by your national postal service (unknown or mistaken address, unclaimed parcel). We'll contact you to reship it.
5. Return
Before deciding to return your item, contact us at first (shoegagacs@gmail.com)
As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. You have 45 days to return any item within your order to us.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition.
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
6. TAXES & CUSTOM FEES
The import of a product from South Korea may be subject to taxes and to custom fees in the country of delivery. These supplementary costs are customer's responsibility.
However, if you are worried about it, just let us know before you buy our products.
