One of my new year's resolutions is to learn something new every day (or
every other day, at least). I'd like to learn something that I've always
wanted to know how to do but never got round to finding out.
I hardly ever wear scarves, I always end up tying them wrong - either all
bunched up at the front with the back of my neck showing or too loose at the
front so I get a chill in the throat. Thanks to extensive research on the
Internet, I have finally learned how to wear a scarf without looking like an
eejit, so I can keep warm in the cold January mornings.
First, fold your scarf in two, so you have a loop at one end and the
straggly bits at the other. Place on your neck (recommended) and then pull
the straggly bits through the loop. Tighten and straighten as needed.
PS: thanks GIllian for lending me your scarf (or rather forgetting it at my
place) - I promise to get a new one.
